Holbi just completed a major custom Kayako e-support calendar restyling for us.
The original calendar shows blocks/hour making a working day of 8 hours with 3 different departments quite annoying to look at, since it repeats the block every hour....(x8)
So they restyled it so there is just "one event block" and added several options to the calendar input :
- in admin section the departments can have fixed hours, when clicked all day event in staff 'add event' ;
- in admin section each department can have a custom block colour ;
- date can be inserted manual or with the calendar option ;
- start date is automaticly copied to the end date, making it very easy to input all day events (see fixed department hours) ;
- staff working the event can be selected in a dropdown list ;
- subject is no longer a 'required' field, so in the day-work-month view there is just the department's name + staff's name
I just want to make clear that Alex (Grytsenko Oleksandr), Holbi's Kayako Development Manager, did a more then OUTSTANDING job here.
Thank you !
I've never seen a team being so dedicated bringing a project to a good end......and they did !!!
Good feedback during the project, a lot of communication with the client, making sure they really design/code what you want.
No doubt our company will work with Holbi again !!

While we were looking for solution to add some little mods to our e-support product.
I ran into a great company, HOLBI. (Kayako, Kayako modules, Kayako services, Design for Kayako, Kayako add-ons)
I worked with Oleksandr Grytsenko, a great programmer, who holds a tight schedule and delivers great work.
Since he has always given feedback to me as a client he advised us some things we did not think of before, making the mod even more attractive !!
I recently had 2 problems solved by them and only can advise kayako users to contact them if having problems or mods needed.
Thanks a lot, I give them a 10 out of 10 (especially Oleksandr)

We have been working with Holbi on moving our Kayako to a new host and preparing it for some serious hard core integration with multiple other systems including Joomla, LDAP and a CRM API. Oleksandr and his team have been able to respond every step of the way and help us think through some complex integration issues we are trying to overcome.
I have never felt more confident in Kayako now that we have a great team to work with for its maintenance and extension.
thanks Holbi team.

I recently purchased SS for our company for a variety of reasons. Its customizability, cost, the large user groups and forums, being the prevelant reasons. I certainly did not buy it for its CRM qualities! Thats where Oleksandr Grytsenko and Holbi came into play. After a month of using the boxed product and was in search of our first major customizing. I needed to tie tickets to institutions, not users, users to institutions, split out city/state/zip, etc. I needed better search capabiity and more auto-populate functionality.
I finally decided on Holbi and it was almost a better decision that buying SS itself. I created a scope of work, got a bid from Alex, and decided to go with it. I could not be more pleased. He stuck to his time-frame (3-days which blew my socks off), delivered all I asked for, communicated extremely well so he knew what I wanted.
The after a smooth install I had a glitch! Here we go I thought, but true to his professional nature and skills he was online in minutes. He found a little nuiance in his program and had us running with-in 30 minutes. I know I will do more customizing over the next year with things like billing reports and locking down "auto-create" user accounts if something/anything is put in the email field..I hate that! And I know who I will use for this service. It will be Holbi and Alex without a doubt!

I started the integration process with Holbi company last Friday, and by that afternoon the process was complete.
The integration runs in a Joomla wrapper and is seemless. Once a user logs into Joomla, the credentials pass to Kayako to be validated. Once the user logs out of Joomla, the permissions to perform and privelidged task is Kayako is restricted.
The Kayako login box was completely removed per my preference for a modest charge. The solution to me was very affordable. I asked for a few customizations and were handled in a very timely manner and discussed over email or instant message. My tech rep/programmer was outstanding, couteous, capable, and professional.
I am completely satisfied with work and with the cost of the product. Worth every penny for me.
Please feel free to ask me any questions.
