Order Analytics Module helps you as a web shop owner analyse sales situation of your business and enhance general marketing in your shop by using accurate and full statistics of orders made by customers. It demonstrates Orders Payment and Shipping information, quantity of items in orders, gender of customers who made orders, their country of origin, time and day of order processing, and more. This statistical information is very helpful for:
- Search engine Marketing (PPC)
- Search engine Optimization
- General marketing (Online and Offline)
It gives an accurate live data from your real site. If to compare this modules with Google analytics (GA), the second one (GA) gives a bit distorted data, especially regarding the orders. Also, GA doesn't give info about customer’s gender, time of order creation, customer’s age, shipping and payment. All of these glitches were fixed in our Order Analytics module.
This module allows sorting data by exact day, month or year and analyzing statistics for different periods of time.
In the Order Analytics module, customer’s age is taken on the basis of customer’s Date of Birth field (if any). For Customer’s Gender we created a special “Customers Name” page with Male and Female names.
Having known orders by customer’s city, you will be able to develop a special delivery proposition for these customers and beat your competitors. Also this info can help to create a City/Country-targeted PPC Campaign. Having known orders by time created, you will be able to develop a PPC strategy in a wiser way.
