Footer box can display any information a web shop owner specifies in Admin Panel (products, categories, common text, HTML text, etc.). Even the links to any pages of any other sites, for example, to your partners' sites.
Display Any Useful Information and Keywords in the Footer!
Footer box is managed from Admin Panel, where Administrator can edit/update such information as links to the Categories and/or Products pages. Footer data is specified in the Catalog > Categories and Products Edit mode of Admin Panel.
Administrator can also place many keywords into the Footer box. It doesn't attract attention of many customers, but it's important for Search Engines.
If the Footer box is empty (doesn’t have any content) in Admin Panel, the system displays links to all the Categories of web-shop by default.
Footer improves website navigation, but what is more important – internal linking is useful for SEO, because links to the main Categories are displayed on all the pages of website.
