It communicates with additional sales channels, such as eBay, Amazon, Play.com, Pixmania, as well as more traditional MOTO (mail order / telephone order), EPOS (electronic point of sale), together with a number of price comparison web sites such as Google Products, Kelkoo, CIAO, Shopping.com, etc
Products are being uploaded to the sales channels, with a facility to have individual product name, description, price and even product model (SKU) per channel.
Sale orders get imported into the sophisticated back end of the system where they become available for processing. Order statuses can be uploaded back for customer service purposes.
More than that, products, sale and even purchase order can be then synchronised with the Accounting or ERP software of your choice. We support Sage 50, Mamut, QuickBooks and MYOB. Partial support for NetSuite and SAP B1 can be provided.
