This week I would like to introduce something completely new to you, a solution that has already worked for over 50 of our clients and I am quite positive could work for you as well.
I'm talking about Holbi Group's brand new Multi-channel eCommerce platform.
The concept behind our solution is simple yet very powerful - one eCommerce back end manages multiple sales channels, providing full control over product information, stock levels and prices, complete overview of the whole operation automatically synchronising data flows between all parts of the system.
Your sales channels may now include: one or several eCommerce front ends, eBay or Amazon stores, Facebook stores, Play.com, Pixmania, mail order processing centre, call centre, show room EPOS (electronic point of sale), Google Product search, various price comparison web sites.
Product price, availability and visibility, name, description and even model (SKU) can be completely different depending on the sales channel. All orders get downloaded into the back end of the system where they get processed and order status updates get sent to the customers. The system can be further integrated into ERP and Accounting software such as Sage, MYOB, QuickBooks, Mamut, etc.
I know sometimes there could be too much of you, and sometimes it is not very good and even annoying, but trust me - not in this case, you simply can't go wrong with being present everywhere where your customer might go to find the products that you sell.
