Cuddly Kingdom, a nursery equipment and toy store, has been online for over 6 years. Based in the UK and providing excellent service with next day delivery, the store started as a fairly basic osCommerce website. Back in 2008 the company came to Holbi with support and minor optimization requests. Holbi were quick to respond and provided immediate solutions and fixes. That is how solid working relationship between the two companies had started.

As the Cuddly Kingdom business developed the demand for top-notch eCommerce solutions was also growing; luckily Holbi had skills and plenty of experience to respond to the challenge. The online business had difficulties operating their Amazon account efficiently because of time-consuming processes that started to affect the sales volumes. Holbi offered their Amazon Integration which solved the issues by automating product listing on Amazon and order download from Amazon just in time for holiday season. Sale numbers also grew by up to 30%. Due to such remarkable results Vanessa Mitchell, the MD of Cuddly Kingdom, felt very positive about expanding the business on eBay through eBay connector, also developed by Holbi.

Having successfully implemented Amazon connector in 2008 and eBay integration in 2009, Cuddly Kingdom ultimately decided to migrate the store to the TrueLoaded multiple frontend. The new version of the site has been up and successfully running since March 2011.
