TotalPDA, today’s market leader in supplying Smartphones, PDA and GPS technology, was founded in Glasgow, UK in the year 2000 by Mark Antliff. Delivering products and services to over 50,000 educational, corporate and trade accounts as well as to the consumers, the company has been recognised many times. TotalPDA approached Holbi back in 2009 to create a completely new website for their online shop, that had been undergoing re-branding at the time, as the company expanded into distribution. The main idea was to present the information about the products in the best way for end user. Based on the provided design concept, Holbi’s development and design teams implemented a number of features, the first of which was the Advanced Product Info page with a great deal of information in it. Then we added a unique Product Search filtering system and integration with Epicor (Epicor is the original enterprise size ERP end-to-end solution). Advanced Checkout pages were built in, as well as the Cross-Site Search, detecting the same keyword in various products sections, info pages, manufacturers etc. and instantly displaying the relevant search results. The new site was adjusted to the Corporate Package of our multiple frontend TrueLoaded solution.

Once the new eCommerce website for re-branded Total PDA was up and running after 4,5 months of work in autumn 2009, the company ordered a corporate website for the updated Maxiim brand. That project lasted a couple of weeks and resulted in a simple yet rather informative and clean website, representing the business at its best.

Both of the projects were delivered in a timely manner and made the company management completely delighted with the work done.

After the websites were launched and up until today, ongoing changes and constant improvements have been made. Several major updates are being discussed at present.
