I was looking for an Ecommerce book for quite some time and came across Vadym’s book. Initially I was surprised the book was not technical, but I soon realized that all what I needed was covered in a very simple language, straight forward with no fluff or unnecessary repetition. Vadym’s provides useful insight, touches on various topics and provides real examples which as a whole gives you a solid perspective of how an Ecommerce site should function. The book is aimed for business owners, marketing managers and IT professionals who want to ensure the best ROI possible. I would highly recommend going through this book before attempting to build a new Ecommerce site or updating an existing one. As with many Ecommerce stores we started out with just two people, but as the store grew we knew we needed to outsource the development work. Holbi team came highly recommended from my previous client who’d been using their services on a number of occasions for his online business. I have never commissioned website design before so I was a bit worried at the beginning whether it all was going to work. But Igor and Vadym at Holbi were patiently answering all my detailed queries without delay. They sent me a clever questionnaire before they even started which was to extract all my desires/requirements regarding the website. It must have worked as their first design proposal for the website was just superb, really professional , I hardly had any comments. We have been through some minor amendments but that was it. The major thing was to upload and put in the right order the content of the website which took some time. But we got there at the end.

I am an Architect, so quite demanding when it comes to design, graphics or aesthetic in general, but with Holbi I did not have to worry about these aspects. They have also very patiently explained to me how to make updates/changes to the new website. They have also worked very hard to get the website up and running even with a shortage of staff during the holiday period.
