Managing Coupons

When it comes to running a successful e-commerce operation, effective coupon management is a must. In this blog post, we'll guide you through the process of managing coupons within your website's admin area. Let's dive in!

Step 1: Access the Admin Area Start by logging into your website's admin area. This is your gateway to efficiently manage your coupons and promotional offers.

Step 2: Navigate to Coupon Management Once you're logged in, head to the "My Marketing Tools" and locate the "Coupons" and "Coupon Admin" tabs. These tabs provide you with all the necessary tools for managing your coupons effectively.

Step 3: Explore Coupon Management Options Under the "Coupon Admin" tab, you'll find a range of valuable options and features:

  • Insert New Coupons: Easily create new coupons or coupon batches to drive promotions and attract customers.
  • CSV List: You can download a sample CSV list for your coupons, making it convenient to organize and upload multiple coupons at once.
  • Redeemed Coupons Report: Generate reports to keep track of how your coupons are being used and their impact on your business.

Step 4: Efficient Coupon Search To streamline your coupon management, utilize the following search filters when looking through your existing coupons:

  • Search by: You can search by any criteria, including coupon code, coupon name, or coupon description.
  • Include Inactive Coupons: Decide whether to include inactive coupons in your search results.
  • Date and Amount Range: Use date and amount range filters to narrow down your search.

Step 5: Coupon Details and Options When adding a new coupon or editing an existing one, the "Main Details" tab offers various tools and options:

  • Set Coupon Amount: Define the coupon amount either in currency or as a percentage.

To search for the required information, the quick search field is available above the report table.
