However, with the "Notify Me When in Stock" feature, you can turn this situation around, ensuring that your customers are informed and engaged. Customer Request:

When a product is out of stock, customers can easily express their interest by clicking on the "Notify Me When in Stock" button associated with the desired item. A simple pop-up window prompts them to provide their name and email address. Once submitted, they eagerly await the product's return to the shelves.




Email Notification Customization:

Upon restocking the product, the customer automatically receives a tailored email notification. As an administrator, you have the flexibility to customize this email. Navigate to the "Design and CMS" section, then click on "E-mail templates." Locate the corresponding template and click "Edit." Here, you can refine the email's title and content for the required front end, select format and language, ensuring a personalized touch that resonates with your brand identity. And don’t forget to choose an appropriate type and design template for your notification.

Configuration and Setup:

For this functionality to operate seamlessly, it's essential to have the Cron Scheduler module installed via App Shop. Once installed, access the "Settings" and "Cron Manager" tabs.



Here, you can manage existing cron jobs or add new ones if necessary.


Ensure the setup aligns with the provided sample configurations displayed in the screenshots.

By enabling the "Notify Me When in Stock" feature and customizing the associated notifications, you not only keep your customers informed, but also demonstrate your commitment to their needs. This proactive approach to customer service builds loyalty and elevates the online shopping experience.
